Archive360 Slack Archiving automatically captures content directly from Slack in its native format and in full context so you can review Slack content – including channel messages, direct messages, message edits, reactions, and files – like it appears in Slack and easily interpret conversations. Data retention policy
The customer organization sets the retention and disposition rules within the environment and the Product executes commands as selected by the customer organization. The length of time that data is retained and thereafter disposed varies based on the type and function of the data. The individual retention/disposition periods for distinct data are set by the customer organization. The purpose(s) for which data is collected varies and is determined by the customer organization. Archive360 does not perform any monitoring of or evaluation as to the collection and retention of data maintained in its customer organization’s Database.

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact us at privacy@Archive360.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Data storage policy
When you use an Archive360 Product provided by your organization, your organization processes your personal data using its own system and may process data using the Archive360 Product. Archive360 does not act as a data processor or data controller. Archive360’s Product is governed by a contract between Archive360 and your organization. This contract expressly provides for a platform as a service solution that involves the organization’s exclusive control of access to and security of the Products and associated content.
